I recently read that Adam Carolla, former “Loveline” and “The Man Show” host, said in an interview with The New York Post that women are not as funny as men. I’m going to keep this short and sweet…

Dear Mr. Carolla,

I beg to differ (by the way, who are you again??). I personally know plenty of women who make me laugh out loud and regularly watch television shows and movies where women dominate the comedy industry. Maybe there’s a reason why Lucille Ball and Tina Fey are household names and yours, well, just isn’t. I think that you saying men are better at making people laugh than women is sexism and yes, everyone is entitled to their own opinion so here’s mine: your opinion stinks!
